Everyone starts somewhere. Our approach is to meet you at the start of your journey; whether that is as an absolute beginner or having practiced Pilates for some time…and extend you to a new level of understanding of Pilates, your body and your movement patterns.
We don’t expect you to remember sequences or names of exercises, but rather that you learn about how to engage certain muscles, tune into how you are standing and moving, and therefore walk away a little taller and feeling connected to your body and breath.
We have worked with thousands of clients who within just a handful of sessions have felt more comfortable and stable in their spine.
There are many reasons for back pain, so we work with you and your health practitioner to deliver thoughtful, guided programs that will support you towards better back health and freedom of movement.
